A relationship based on trust
To ensure you benefit from the coaching, mentoring and support I provide, we need to develop a relationship based on trust. The way that I approach charging for my services is intended to facilitate the development of such a relationship.
My standard hourly rate is 140 CHF. However, for our first meeting, I will charge only 70 CHF (50%) and for our second meeting I will charge only 105 CHF (75%). There is no "minimum commitment" and these prices apply even if you stop after one or two sessions.
However .....
I recognise that, for some people, this may present a significant obstacle, especially if you are out of work, which is precisely the time when you may need some extra guidance or maybe you live in another country where costs are much lower than in Switzerland. If this is you, lets talk and agree an alternative approach, which could, for example, involve you paying me when you land your new role or may simply be that you pay me what you think its worth and what you can afford.
If you would like me to review and edit a document of some sort, I am happy to provide a "fixed fee" quote based on the number of words and the nature of the document.
